Sungari Dumpling Opens; Westbrae's Neighbor Issues

EXCELSIOR—A new Northeastern-style Chinese restaurant, Sungari Dumpling House, has landed in the Excelsior, with dishes like braised duck and hand-pulled noodle soup. [Tablehopper]

BERKELEY—The newish Westbrae Biergarten is having some difficulties with its neighbors, who say they're displeased with the increase in noise and traffic.
