Nostalgia Bauer goes Italiano this week at The Gold Mirror, a little-known Parkside red-sauce joint that's been around since the 1950s. There, he encounters some of the best food yet on his old-school tour, like housemade cannelloni made with "obvious care," "satisfying" petrale sole Meuniere and housemade zabaglione.
