Soon to be CREAM. [Ti Couz photo: Matthias Z./Yelp]

The former Ti Couz Too space on the corner of 16th and Valencia will soon be getting some new foot traffic. It's set to become the first San Francisco location of CREAM (short for Cookies Rule Everything Around Me), the popular customizable ice-cream sandwich shop whose Berkeley location frequently has lines out the door.

Owner Alexis Garcia tells us that the new spot will be stick close to the formula that's working in Berkeley, with a menu of 20 ice-cream flavors (think strawberry cheesecake, matcha green tea and peanut butter twist, plus dairy-free options), 10 cookie varieties (snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip and more, plus gluten-free options) and a selection of milkshakes and sundaes. (Here's a look at their current menu.)

Garcia noted that the interior will consider of just a counter, with no seating, but that she plans to add sidewalk seating, with three tables and about nine seats available for customers to soak up some sun while enjoying their ice cream.

With just a few cosmetic changes left to wrap up, CREAM could open as soon as the end of the month or early August, and Garcia says she'll be softly open for about a week before the official debut of the shop. We'll let you know when CREAM kicks off.
