NAPA—The Cochon Heritage Fire event goes down at the Charles Krug Winery in St. Helena these weekend, with a crazy cavalcade of chefs that includes David Bazirgan (right), Thomas McNaughton, Matt Accarrino, Katie Hagan-Whelchel, and former King of Porc winner Adam Sobel.
