Check out our ultimate ice and snow cone map, then mark your calendar for early August, when Seoul-based Mealtop will open up shop in Santa Clara's Valley Fair Mall. On the menu are treats like the signature patbingsu (shaved ice with condensed milk, sweet red bean paste and mochi), Four Barrel Coffee and more from former Frances GM Patrick Tsui. [Inside Scoop]

FERRY BUILDINGTacolicious' annual guest-chef series kicked into gear last week with Richie Nakano of Hapa Ramen, who served up his Cochon 555-winning tacos with pork carnitas, braised skin, and pickled pig ears. In the coming weeks, look for taco guest stars Tim and Erin Archuleta (ICHI), Ryan Scott (Market & Rye), Evan Rich (Rich Table), Josh Even (Tosca Cafe) and more. (Here's the full lineup.)
