Fancy a cup of tea and a cuddle with a stranger? They can both be yours at The Center SF's forthcoming private cafe, Tea Oasis. For a $50 monthly fee, members can enjoy unlimited steeping via a Chinese Gongfu tea ceremony, then hit the Pillow Lounge, which allows consensual snuggling according to a list of rules set by proprietor and "professional cuddler" Travis Sigley.
