Homey Albany breakfast favorite Sam's Log Cabin (which is in an actual log cabin) has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for an expanded space, a stage for live music acts (including a Sunday bluegras brunch), and more. They're currently seeking $40K in funding for the improvements, which will also include an expanded produce garden, more fruit trees and a possible brick oven. [Kickstarter]
