The Half Orange Gets Beer; Berkeley's First Parklet

OAKLAND—After expanding its hours to primetime last month, The Half Orange has finally secured the missing piece of its offering in the form of the beer and wine menu, which includes brews from Ale Industries, Moonlight Brewing, Magnolia and more. (Here's the menu). [Inside Scoop]

BERKELEY—With parklets now a common sight in San Francisco, it may be hard to believe that Berkeley's first parklet has just debuted outside the Cheese Board Collective. It will soon be joined by a second parklet outside Philz Coffee and Guerilla Café on Shattuck. [Berkeleyside]
