Manresa's Damaged Kitchen; Pinhole Coffee Gets Close

NOB HILL—Tomorrow marks the fourth in Acquerello's special series of 25th-anniversary dinners, with two young guns, sous chef Patrick Van Voorhis and pastry chef Riccardo Menicucci, showing off the fresh ideas they've brought to the venerable restaurant via a 10-course meal.
