As two-Michelin-starred Quince undergoes renovations, its pop-up curATE has been in the spotlight, with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian having stopped by with 30 guests during their visit to SF for Outside Lands. The weekly dinners at Quince's neighbor, Hedge Gallery, are themed around art installations curated by local galleries; the video above depicts last week's edition, White Is the Warmest Color, featuring an all-white menu of white gazpacho, white peach salad, and white risotto, alongside white art chosen by Jessica Silverman Gallery. Considering the art and the menu change every week, it's an impressive display.
