Ike's Place has long prided itself on including free chips with its sandwiches, but at its SF location, they may become a thing of the past. "SF keeps making it more expensive than ever to sell sandwiches...I'm sick of raising my prices," says founder Ike Shehadeh Mission. So he's giving diners a choice, via a Facebook poll: he can either start charging a Healthy SF surcharge, or dump the free chips. So far, the chips are winning the poll, but it's early yet.
