BROADWAY—Tout Sweet Patisserie's Yigit Pura was apparently so fired up about Neil Patrick Harris' acclaimed Broadway performance in Hedwig and the Angry Inch that he made a macaron about it. The "Hedwig Schmidt" has bourbon-orange marmalade ganache and a brandied cherry center, but it's probably most notable for being covered in edible red glitter.
