Mixtas at Los Shucos; Opening Night at Doc's Lab

MISSION—Guatemalan hot dog spot Los Shucos is set to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and Guatemala's Independence Day with an offering of mixtas. Somewhere between a hot dog and a taco, these dogs are served on a homemade corn tortilla and topped with avocado and homemade chirmol salsa. Get yours this weekend only ($5.95 each, or two for $10).
