As mentioned last week, Tanya Holland's Brown Sugar Kitchen cookbook has officially hit shelves. Eater National has a first look at the book, which features the iconic recipes (like cornmeal waffles and chicken gumbo) that make for crazy brunch lines at the Oakland eatery. The book also includes profiles of regulars, restaurant suppliers, and local artists, and a foreword by East Bay-dwelling novelist Michael Chabon. [~ EN ~]
