Adriano Paganini is a restaurant machine. Just a few months after opening up Uno Dos Tacos in the FiDi, the Super Duper Burger and Pesce mastermind signed yet another lease downtown, this time for the former LiuLi glass-art store next to Amber India on Yerba Buena Lane. The space will become another iteration of Paganini's Marina restaurant Delarosa, which specializes in Roman-style pizza and pasta; he and Ruggero Gadaldi also own Beretta, in the Mission, and Starbelly, in the Castro. Expect the fare to be similar to the Marina location, with one notable addition a full bar and cocktail program. With around 100 seats, the 3,200-square-foot space will require a full buildout, and should make its debut in spring 2015.
