Brett Cooper and the Daniel Patterson Group's takeover of the Beast and the Hare space in the Mission now officially has a name: it'll be called Perennial. "Perennial is a term and idea that represents perpetual growth throughout the year and seasons," says Cooper. "It's cyclical, a pattern of evolution." Still targeting mid-November, the restaurant will be designed by longtime DPG collaborator Scott Kester and feature custom paintings by artist Pakayla Biehn. [EaterWire]
