As Ichi Sushi + Ni Bar's star continues to rise, Tim and Erin Archuleta's plans for Ichi's former location down the street have taken a backseat, with the planned summer debut of Ichi Kakiya now pushed back to late October or early November. Once open, the oyster-centric (and kitchenless) Ichi Kakiya will feature 24 seats, raw and cooked shellfish, and Japanese-inspired seafood stews. [Inside Scoop]
