Samovar Tea Lounge Kaput in Hayes Valley; Carnevale Menu at Desco

HAYES VALLEY— After the Samovar Tea Lounge at Page and Laguna closed its doors in October, owner Jesse Jacobs planned to reopen with a new, sleeker aesthetic. It appears that the space is now closed for good and up for grabs, according to Hoodline, who reported a recently posted "closed" sign adorning the front door. Stay tuned for more details.
