Opening tomorrow in downtown Napa is two-Michelin-star-chef Matthew Lightner and AvroKO Hospitality Group’s highly-anticipated, market-driven restaurant Ninebark. It’s a three-floor setup, with food that Lightner called "simple, delicious, fun and approachable," and each floor is dedicated to a different dining mood. The ground floor is the most casual, serving a "Provisions" snack menu (which you can check out here, along with the main menu) and simple drinks inspired by Lightner’s cooking. Floor two is Ninebark ground zero, with Lightner’s full dinner menu, an open kitchen and chef’s table. Then there’s the rooftop, which we predict will be the most in demand and serves more complex cocktails and the pared-down "Provisions" menu alongside some serious Valley view. Ninebark officially opens Tuesday, October 13, but is already accepting walk-ins. Take a look around above.
