Delfina Celebrates Truffles and Anniversary; New Pop-Up Café Opens on Market

MISSION — ‘Tis the season for truffles, and from November 16 to 19, Delfina will feature a special menu with truffle-friendly dishes, plus an expanded selection of nebbiolo. UNION SQUARE — The Village events venue opened Byte today, a new pop-up coffee bar, cafe, and digital art gallery on the ground floor of 969 Market Street. Byte will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on occasional weekdays. [EaterWire]

SOMA — 21^st Amendment Brewery will hold its annual Belgian Beer School on November 17 and November 21 in collaboration with Magnolia Gastropub and Brewery. 21A co-founders Shaun O’Sullivan and Nico Freccia, as well as brewmaster Zambo and Kim Sturdavant of Social Kitchen & Brewery, will be on hand with a menu of traditional Belgian food and an assortment of Belgian-style ales.
