SAN FRANCISCO — The Bay Area has serious Star Wars fever: Kollar Chocolates is making an insane(ly amazing) $60 solid dark chocolate Millennium Falcon that ships nationwide, Myriad Gastro Pub has renamed its Tai Fighter cocktail to "Tie Fighter," as a nod to the TIE Fighter ships, and tomorrow at Bird Dog in Palo Alto, all dishes will be named in honor of the film, like the Obi-Wan Hirame, "T.I.E." Snapper, Skywalker’s Striploin, heirloom lightsabers and a Wookie cookie jar for dessert. [EaterWire]

OAKLANDFentons Creamery nabbed the number one spot on Food Network’s Top 5 Restaurants: Top 5 Desserts of 2015 special. The winning dish was the banana special, which consists of three pounds of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice creams, fresh pineapple and strawberry chunks, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and a cherry on top.
