Yeah, we know, chains are so not San Francisco. But there's something about Fogo de Chão, the Brazilian churrascaria imported straight from São Paulo, that sort of surpasses a chain's chains and infuses itself into a city's culture. At $60 a person, it's an unlimited experience that stops only when you signal the servers with a card that's green on one side to bring the meat on, and red on the other to stop the onslaught.
