San Francisco's homegrown gluten-free glossy, GFF, has returned to newsstands with its second issue. Once again edited by Erika Lenkert and photographed by Maren Caruso, this issue features appearances from Daniel Patterson (with a deceptively simple roast chicken recipe Lenkert describes as "game-changing"), Hiro Sone (revealing a secret pasta sauce made from V-8 juice), and the team at Del Posto (who deliver a game plan for gluten-free foccacia). There's even a gluten-free travel guide to Maui. The new issue is available online, as well as at Whole Foods, Omnivore Books, and Rainbow Grocery.
