If you want to encounter a true global melting pot, look no further than San Francisco's only location of In-N-Out Burger, housed in the tourist-friendly confines of Fisherman's Wharf. For our Burger Week, Eater SF photographer Patricia Chang visited the restaurant at lunch time, where the space was completely packed the entire time with a mixture of people from all walks of life (and from all over the world). The gallery above offers a look at a typical afternoon in the life of the Wharf In-N-Out, and its hardworking burger crew (which, sadly, won't be expanding to another SF location anytime soon.)
