Blue Bottle Coffee continues its upward trajectory, opening an eighth San Francisco location on the ground floor of The Market (the enormous dining hall in the bottom of the Twitter building). The sleek, 500 square-foot coffee nook is located outside of the confines of the behemoth that is The Market, with its own unassuming entrance on 10th Street (in a courtyard between Mission and market).

The Market Square location offers the standard menu of single origin coffees and blends in the form of pour-overs, iced coffee and espresso drinks. Pastries are also on offer, including fruit buckles and savory treats. Fans of Blue Bottle's addictive waffles should note that they will not be available at this cute and tiny Blue Bottle location, though they'll be serving them up at the upcoming Sansome location (slated to open June 17).

And given the small stature of this location, there are lots of minimalist marble surfaces and very few places to sit, making this location ideal for the hordes of commuters passing by at all times of the day. Though it promises to be a busy location, just be be glad that there are no signs of the lines that are currently queueing up at Blue Bottle's new location in Japan, with waits of up to four hours.

Blue Bottle Market Square is now open daily, from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
