Bon Marché, the ambitious market-style project from the team behind AQ, is slated to open in the next couple weeks. The new concept joins neighboring Dirty Water and Cadillac Bar & Grill (opening today), but is more similar to fellow tenant The Market, offering a variety of eating and drinking options inspired by the Marais district in Paris.

The newest project from Matt Semmelhack's Mercer Restaurant Group (AQ, TBD) includes a full service dining room, as well as a raw bar, coffee shop, craft beer brewery and flower shop. Chef Mark Liberman (executive chef of the Mercer Restaurant Group) will oversee the menu alongside executive chef Matthew Sieger (Cafe des Amis, The Village Pub); Rikki Garcia (pastry chef of Mercer Restaurant Group) will oversee the sweeter side of things. Check out the full menu below:

Additionally, cocktails from Eric Quilty (and a 100 bottle wine list from sommelier Allegra Angelo will be on hand for pairing. As for beer, Master Cicerone Rich Higgins is brewing up two types in the restaurant's own brewery, using tanks from Portland Kettleworks. There'll be at least two French-style types at a time, like the L'Ouvrier, a French farmhouse beer, as well as 10 additional guest taps.

Stay tuned for a full opening report, including details on the design of the 7,500-square-foot space.
