EMBARCADERO — Sunday, August 30 brings Waterbar's seventh annual OysterFest, a day of bivalve bingeing with food from Waterbar, EPIC Steak, Farallon, Fish, Dobbs Ferry Restaurant, Woodhouse Fish Co. and A16, plus Napa Valley wines, Anchor Steam, Trumer Pils and Speakeasy microbrews to wash it all down. If all goes according to plan, the ticketed affair, which benefits the San Francisco Surfrider Foundation, will shuck more than 5,000 oysters for guests taking in the Bay's most iconic view.
