EMBARCADEROEpic Steak has one of the most spectacular views in the city, and this week it debuted a brand-new outdoor bar from which to see it. Pro move is to hold court at one of the eight seats while ordering from the full menu. [EaterWire]

BERKELEYMikkeller Bar chef Mike O’Brian created a new food menu for Fieldwork Brewing's Berkeley taproom of bites like potted rabbit rillette, herbed fromage blanc and marinated olives. UNION SQUARE — From 1:30 p.m.- 3 p.m. tomorrow, Equator Coffee and Teas at 986 Market Street will host a public cupping (AKA tasting) with Aida Batlle, a fifth generation award-winning El Salvadoran coffee producer.
