HAYES VALLEY — Absinthe Brasserie sous chef Eric Gibbs’ episode of "Chopped Champions" centered on brunch aired on the Food Network last night, and he took home the top prize. Gibbs worked his way up the cooking ranks from dishwasher, all the way to Chopped Champion. [EaterWire]
