BERKELEY — Turns out Oscar’s used to be a gas station before turning into a burger joint for the past 65 years. And now that Sweetgreen is moving in and cleaning up the site, the nationwide salad chain made the joyous discovery of an underground gasoline storage tank, which it now has to deal with.
