Popsons, the burger-focused popup from the team behind Causwell's, is now open in the former Marlowe Burger location. Chef Adam Rosenblum, who conceived of the burger, and partner Alvin Garcia opened the doors today, offering a plethora of meaty options. (Check out the menu here.)
Because this is actually a semi-permanent pop-up, the menu will be abbreviated; there's already another more permanent option in the works, set to launch at 998 Market Street this March. For now there's the classic cheeseburger, alongside chili and bacon-blue variations, and, naturally, French fries and onion rings. For the first three days, Popsons will only serve lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., adding dinner service on February 1 and staying open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
