MISSION — Now that Iza Ramen has a permanent location, it’s focusing its pop-up time at Blowfish Sushi on a new concept called Ramen JuBay. Starting this Saturday, January 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the pop-up will continue every Saturday and Sunday for at least the next six months with only tonkotsu-style ramen, which is a departure from Iza’s broth blended with tonkotsu, chicken and bonito. You can see the full menu below. [EaterWire]

MISSION — Chef Nico Peña (Quince, Cotogna) is putting together a five-course communal dining pop-up menu that he said "focuses on the amazing relationships I have built with local farmers, ranchers and a butcher."
