Martha Stewart opens Sacramento cafe
Kitchen titan Martha Stewart is expanding her small coffee shop Martha Stewart’s Café, Eater reports, and one of the two new confirmed locations just so happens to be in Sacramento at the Sacramento Golden 1 Center (414 K St.) inside Macy’s. Martha-approved coffee and pastries are available.
Napa’s Miminashi adds breakfast
Miminashi, Napa’s newest yakitori joint, is adding breakfast to its repertoire, via its takeout window. Contimo Provisions is in charge of the food, offering biscuit sandwiches and coffee Monday through Thursday from 7:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Eater national senior editor Hillary Dixler caught some signs on the front of NoPa’s Bread & Butter Cafe, which closed suddenly for unknown reasons last week. Neighbors seem to think it’s the greedy landlord’s fault, and are making their opinions known.
