Space Coffee at Yerba Buena
As part of Tom Sach’s retro-future Space Program: Europa exhibit at YBCA, the artist has built out an interactive art coffee/art space called Logjam Cafe inside a jazzed-up Winnebago. Hoodline took a look around the spot, and in addition to coffee and booze you can order a “Ritzeo” Oreo-Ritz cracker mashup or a “screw sorting tray” which is exactly what it sounds like and not at all edible. The cafe will be in the front lobby of YBCA until it takes off for its next planet in mid-January.

Art Deco delayed in the Castro
The Castro Fountain, a sequel of sorts to Cole Valley’s retro-retro Ice Cream Bar is experiencing even more construction delays, Hoodline reports, but they’re still aiming to open by the end of the year.
Juice, projected
Also on Castro Street: Project Juice looks to be headed for the former home of Artis Coffee. It’ll be the sixth SF location and the 10th California outpost of the trendy juice spot.
