Doughnut Dolly Now Exists in The Market, Bringing Naughty Cream to SF

The Market location officially opens today

After weeks of teasing through pop-ups, naughty doughnut purveyor Doughnut Dolly is now officially open in The Market. It will henceforth be open daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (or until sold out), and today is handing out a 12-ounce Algorithm Coffee with any doughnut purchase. The flavors for opening week are the naughty doughnut, cherry jam, Irish coffee, and dark chocolate.

What’s the naughty doughnut, you ask? It’s a creme fraiche vanilla bean pastry cream, and owner Hannah Hoffman’s most popular offering. There are two other Doughnut Dolly locations (Temescal Alley and Gilman), and with this location, Hoffman plans to start serving savory doughnuts. “Imagine a bao, but in a doughnut and filled with pulled pork and pickled onions,” she told Eater SF in March. Also look out for grab-and-go lunch options in the future, such as sandwiches, plus drip coffee.
