Dandelion Chocolate’s 12 Nights of Chocolate’s Lineup Is Incredible

For the last three years, chocolate dreams purveyor Dandelion Chocolate has been producing its annual 12 Nights of Chocolate, with epic names participating. And this year, its fourth, is no different.

Headlining some of the nights are Traci Des Jardins (Jardinière), William Werner (Craftsman & Wolves), Christopher Kostow (The Restaurant at Meadowood), Matthew Accarrino (SPQR), Avery Ruzicka (Manresa Bread), Melissa Chou & Brandon Jew (Mister Jiu’s), Angela Pinkerton & David Nayfeld (Che Fico), Sarah Rich & Brandon Rice (Rich Table), and that’s just the beginning.

The idea behind the event is asking chefs to use Dandelion Chocolate however they see fit, with the provisions to just “use chocolate” and “don’t hold back.” This year’s takes place in the Valencia Street cafe from December 1 through 12, and evenings range from a seven-course tasting menu (both sweet and savory) to a family-style brunch after dark, complete with cocktails. Ticket sale proceeds benefit the SF-Marin Food Bank, which received enough money from this event for over 60,000 meals last year alone, and 45,000 meals the year prior.
