San Franciscans’ thirst for likes only increased in 2016, and that of course translated over to the food world, too. Food lovers obsessively ran around town this year angling for the best shots, so followers and friends could comment with FOMO and everyone could feel smug that they went to that hot new spot first.

Instagram shared San Francisco’s most Instagrammed businesses with Curbed SF, Eater SF’s sister site about all things architecture and design in the Bay Area. Among those 25 places were several restaurants, officially making them the most Instagrammed eateries in the city. Here are the top five, from least to most.

P.S. Don’t forget to keep tagging your best food and drink photos with #eatersf, and if you are really lucky, we will repost it to our nearly 30,000 followers.

P.P.S. If you are interested in the full list of businesses, you can see that here.
