SAN FRANCISCO — A study on restaurant growth in San Francisco found that the pace of Asian restaurant growth has risen from 1 percent in 2013 to 13.5 percent in 2015. Same for Mexican restaurant growth, which went from 8.6 percent in 2013 to 14.1 percent in 2015. Dessert shops also sped up, with French restaurants and vegan/vegetarian spots slowing down.
