Gott’s Roadside, the Napa-born burger (and more) joint, is opening its first location in the East Bay. Walnut Creek, to be specific, will be the recipient of the newest location of the 67-year-old chain which originated in St. Helena before expanding in recent years to the Ferry Building, Napa's Oxbow Public Market and Palo Alto. The 5,500-square-foot space, at 1275 South Main St., will be completely remodeled with the addition of more outdoor seating.

Gott’s is just the latest in a string of recent restaurant openings, including Teleféric and the upcoming Sauced BBQ & Spirits and Lemonade. Look out for a late 2016 opening.
