Wesburger 'N' More is bringing chef Wes Rowe's all-brisket burgers to the Mission in late March. The kitschy-cool interior seriously channels a '70s diner or motel restaurant in Palm Springs (in a good way), complete with a faux rock wall. It's also rocking a Tex-Mex vibe, featuring a jukebox of soul music and a stuffed armadillo that is a nod to the chef's Texas upbringing (mashed up with 15 years in the Bay Area, of course).
The menu is a reflection of those roots, featuring the eponymous Wesburger, an all-brisket patty cooked on cast iron. Versions include the Hot Wes, which is topped with onion rings, queso (hey, Texas!) and pickled jalapeños and the classic American, with special sauce and American cheese. The larger menu will also include fried chicken, sandwiches and snacks like tater tots. Check out the full menu below.
Wesburger 'N' More will be serving dinner seven nights a week from 5 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.; lunch and late night dining to come. Stay tuned for an opening date.
