Hello Kitty Truck Returns to Kill You With Cuteness

Cute snacks, cute truck, cute everything

Hello Kitty

The Hello Kitty Café truck is returning to the Bay Area, as part of its yearly pilgrimage to the SF Cherry Blossom Festival. The truck, which is emblazoned with images of the preternaturally adorable non-cat person, will roll into town filled with adorably delicious snacks like macarons, mini-cakes, and cookies. There'll also be plenty of swag for sale, like a bow-shaped water bottle and t-shirts.

The tour is part of an ongoing (and possibly neverending) promotional tour around California, in anticipation of the first brick-and-mortar location of the Hello Kitty Café, which was supposed to open in Irivine last year. But, who really cares if it ever opens, as long as San Francisco and its environs are graced by the presence of our cute, whiskery little overlord at least once per year. Prepare for some line standing, and try to control yourself (cuteness does weird things to people, now confirmed by science).
