To the delight of people with lots of extra money to spend and nowhere to be "seen," Silicon Valley is finally getting a Nobu: the internationally beloved Japanese restaurant is bringing its ten dollar uni tacos to Palo Alto. The restaurant chain, which originated in Beverly Hills and quickly spread to NYC, has expanded across the globe and now boasts 32 restaurants. It's beloved by celebrities and fancy people alike, even appearing in the lyrics of a recent Drake song.

While Nobu team has confirmed that the restaurant will be joining the tech-fueled playground of the Peninsula; and though Inside Scoop speculates that it might land in the Epiphany (Larry Ellison's boutique hotel in downtown Palo Alto). That  would make sense, given chef Nobu Matsuhisa's current hotel collaboration with the Oracle CEO in LA, called Nobu Ryokan, though hotel spokespeople had no comment. Stay tuned for more details as they surface.
