Tony Gemignani's quest for world pizza domination is ongoing, with the newest outpost of Tony's Slice House headed for The Market on Market.
The new location soft opened on April 19, offering five to eight different slices a day, according to Inside Scoop, with the full menu launching on April 25. Apparently the Market's culinary director, Mario Tolentino, lured in Gemignani after he took over last fall, adding more grab-n-go faves to the roster (which will soon include East Bay favorite Doughnut Dolly).
The Slice House counter adds to an empire that includes three kiosk at AT&T Park, and full-service locations in San Francisco, Rohnert Park, Green Valley Ranch, NV and a Walnut Creek store that opens in June.
The hours for The Market's Slice House will be from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. seven days a week.
