Bruce Hill Names Two New Head Chefs for Picco and Fog City

Welcome Jason Tuley and Kenny Fox to the Hill party

Bruce Hill continues his quiet mastery of the Bay Area dining scene as owner of Picco, Zero Zero, Bix and Fog City, but he’s making a few tweaks to his empire. First up is Jason Tuley taking over the Picco kitchen. After Jared Rogers left in February to open a restaurant in South Carolina, Hill initially decided to helm the stoves himself, but just until he could find the right person for the job. Looks like that’s Tuley, who was last cooking at Gitane. He’s already taken over the Picco kitchen and added new recipes like rabbit agnolotti and grilled lamb chops.

Apparently Hill is a Gitane fan, because over at Fog City, former Gitane chef de cuisine Kenny Fox is now running the show. He’s only been there for about a week, but has already added dishes like a grilled prawn wedge salad. More changes to come at both restaurants in the weeks ahead.
