In the Bay Area to promote his new memoir "32 Yolks," Eric Ripert is on quite the whirlwind tour, stopping by the JCC for a conversation on stage and signing books tonight in Marin. In between shaking hands and kissing babies, the three-Michelin-star chef of Le Bernardin in NYC found some time to chat with Eater SF at the Ferry Building Farmers Market.
