THE PRESIDIO — Presidio Twilight, the Thursday night companion event to Sunday's Presidio Picnic, returns next Thursday, May 12th. In addition to food from mobile vendors like The Boneyard, An the Go, Lobsta Truck, Cheese Gone Wild, Drums & Crumbs and more, the event includes sunset yoga, latern-lit cabanas, live music and fire pits for those chilly SF nights. The event is free to attend, but the fire pits and cabana spots are all first-come, first-serve (so send a friend early). [EaterWire]
MISSION — Flour + Water is celebrating seven years of... flour and water with a weeklong special pasta tasting menu featuring seven courses of pasta favorites for $70 every night. In addition to the tasting menu, there's also one exclusive late night dish available every night after 9:30 p.m. The celebration lasts all week until Saturday, May 14th and you can make your reservation on OpenTable or by calling 415.826.7000. MISSION/SOMA — Noman Coffee Co. joins the Duboce Truck Stop. Built in a repurposed shipping container, the shop is run by "a collective of local artists and baristas who love the craft of coffee and producing art." The idea is for the coffee shop to support those passions, like so many great coffee shops before it. [Hoodline]
WALNUT CREEK — San Francisco Giants fan favorite (and Willie Brown power lunch spot) MoMo's is expanding to the East Bay with a new location at 1444 N. California Blvd. It's their first expansion since opening in 1998. [Mercury News]
