Ichi Sushi Donates Profits to Mission Fire Victims

BERNAL HEIGHTS — In response to this weekend’s Mission fire, Ichi Sushi is donating all sales from yuzu chicken wings and lavender lemonade to support those displaced by the fire starting Monday, June 27. [EaterWire]

OAKLAND — The latest SF chef to score a cookbook is Preeti Mistry, chef/owner of Juhu Beach Club. Titled “My Indian,” the cookbook (cowritten by food writer Sarah Henry) will include 100 “fresh and modern” Indian recipes. Look out for a spring 2018 release. [EBX]
