Poke is continuing its fast San Francisco invasion, already leaving raw fish in its wake in Lower Pac Heights, the Sunset, the MarinaBerkeley, and more. Now it’s Mid-Market’s turn with Poke Bar in The Market, the food hall at the base of the Twitter building. Originally founded in Southern California, Poke Bar has slowly come north, first opening in Palo Alto on its way to the big city. Its menu of pre-thought out bowls or make your own include ahi tuna, salmon, spicy tuna, shrimp, octopus, scallop, albacore, and tofu, so there sure are plenty of options (see the full menu below).

Since Mario Tolentino’s overthrow of The Market, it has been slowly stepping up its food game, introducing vendors like Slice House and Doughnut Dolly. More is expected in the form of bubble tea, juice, Blue Bottle coffee, and more.
