McDonald's Adds California Produce to Salads; Boxing Room Turns Five

SAN FRANCISCO — Starting today, McDonald’s restaurants nationwide (over 15,000 locations) will begin adding produce from Salinas Valley to its salads, specifically Tuscan red leaf lettuce and carrots. [EaterWire]
