Scott Conant will host immersive multi-course dinners for three days this October. At his pop-up trattoria, Fusco, the chef will serve a menu centered around interpretations of Italian classics, inspired by his family's favorite recipes and the history of San Francisco — dishes include cioppino and a butternut squash bruschetta with smoked yogurt — and the meals are coupled with a virtual reality experience powered by Infiniti.
There will be two seatings each night from October 17-19. Tickets are available for 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. dinners; purchase them here for $150/person.
